Respite support
We provide associates to accommodate respite services for caregivers and families with children, youth, and adults for whom they require in home or community support.
Through direct one-to-one support of clients in their immediate environment, our associates build strong relationships in a circle of care. Under the circle of care, families can access relief services.
As well, families addressing challenging behaviours can access support through our behaviour management programs.
Associates may also provide data tracking, progress notes, and ongoing feedback to ensure goals are on track. The care team is available for case conferences to ensure optimal supports are planned and executed.
