Intimate partner violence can manifest itself in many ways in relationships.
At times, people think of physical violence as what intimate partner violence looks like. Not only can physical violence occur in relationships but often times, manipulation, emotional and verbal abuse, sexual abuse, financial abuse, and isolation from friends and family fall into this category.
We recognize that intimate partner violence is not gender specific and can be experienced by anyone in an intimate relationship.
SHAME or FEAR can prevent those experiencing intimate partner violence from reaching out for support or resources. We offer support, guidance, and navigation through ongoing or past incidents of IPV. We maintain confidentiality and offer FREE consultations to determine the best fit for our clients in terms of supports.
