"Hello my name is Zianna! I am currently a second year sciences student at Western University. Over the past 5 years I have developed a strong passion for health and wellness. I have found that I greatly enjoy being in spaces that promote physical, mental and overall health. That being said my favourite hobby at the moment is going to the gym, lifting heavy weights, pushing myself to the limits. Through this hobby I have also gained an interest in the human body, how it functions and fails. Really cool stuff! I hope to continue growing, learning, and encouraging others to pursue their healthiest and strongest selves. "
