We are dedicated to celebrate accomplishments and goals of young girls and women pertaining to academics, health, athletics, wellness, arts, and music. By following the precepts, they can find balance on their journeys to reach their individual goals and overcome any obstacles. In today’s society, there is a lot of media content that negatively impacts the image of women. Social media pressure has also been shown to affect the mental health of young women. Queen Three endeavours to provide an alternative perspective for young women to value themselves and strive to maintain their highest self.

Our sessions encourage teamwork, confidence-building, physical activity, and meaningful social connections, showing the incredible impact that sports can have on bringing people together.
At Inclusive Hoops, our mission is to build a truly inclusive community where every participant feels valued, supported, and inspired. We are committed to breaking down barriers, promoting accessibility, and fostering a genuine love for the game. Through encouragement, friendship, and skill development, we give every player the opportunity to grow both on and off the court. Together with a dedicated network of volunteers, partners and educators, we deliver immersive learning experiences for students in grades 3-12, focusing on work readiness, financial health, entrepreneurship and more. JA students benefit from real-world work experience and know-how, transforming their knowledge, skills, attitudes, and aspirations as they build their futures.
As young Canadians plan a future in the wake of a global pandemic and a rapidly changing world, JA learning experiences are more important than ever. By building a wide range of skills and nurturing self-belief, JA prepares young people for the future of work, teaches them how to think entrepreneurially, and ensures they have the tools to be financially capable adults.

The U16 BB team is composed of 17 dedicated young athletes, all working toward one common goal: to be the best they can be, both in the game and in life. Over the past five years, the team has achieved impressive success, including two OMHA Provincial Championships, twelve tournament victories, and three Lakeshore League Championships. What truly sets this team apart, however, is its strong commitment to community involvement. The players regularly participate in food and toy drives, charity games, and local outreach initiatives. This season, the team is excited to expand its off-ice impact through new community projects that will strengthen its connection to the city it proudly represents.
