Many years ago, at the beginning of the Triassic period, the continents were arranged together as a super continent called Pangea.
Our mission is to bring support services together as a, “super continent,” of resources.
With over 30 years of experience in the social services sector, we have unified in Pangea likeness, identified needs in our communities that we endeavour to support with wrap around services. We strive to offer exemplary services in mental health, applied behaviour analysis, forensic reintegration, and emotional regulation to ensure members of the community are able to plan, participate in, and achieve their goals to live in wellness. Supports not only encompass individual supports, but also team collaborations and community partnerships to provide a strong circle of care for clients, families, and caregivers.
Vision
To travel with members of our community on a path to wellness while providing support as required. We will promote an inclusive, unbiased, and ethical approach in our supports and programs to provide guidance, supervision, and collaboration on their journey.
About us
We provide professionally trained and educated associates to support clients in home or in the community with identified needs in areas that include education, behaviour, cognition, self-esteem, emotional challenges, mood disorders, and the justice system.
We provide relief associates for foster homes, supported living homes, and respite care.
We work closely with community partners, agencies, and professional team members to collaborate in creating care plans with clients and families.
